目的:探讨交通警察敬业度与组织公民行为的关系。方法:采用组织公民行为量表、敬业度问卷对湖南省长沙的557名交通警察进行取样调查。结果:1性别在组织公民行为及各个维度上得分均不存在显著差异(P>0.05);未婚得分在人际和睦维度上显著低于已婚(t=2.44,P<0.01);不同工作年限被试得分在协同同事(F=3.93,P<0.01)和敬业守法维度(F=3.07,P<0.05)上存在显著差异;2敬业度与组织公民行为存在显著相关(P<0.05);3敬业度能显著正向预测认同组织、协同同事和敬业守法等维度(P<0.001);组织敬业度能显著正向预测人际和睦、公私分明(P<0.05)。结论:敬业度对交通警察的认同组织、协同同事和敬业守法有积极影响;组织敬业度对交通警察的人际和睦、公私分明有积极影响。
Objective: To explore the relationship between traffic police engagement and organizational citizenship. Methods: A sample survey was conducted on 557 traffic police in Changsha, Hunan Province using the questionnaire of organizational citizenship behavior and professional engagement. Results: There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the scores of civic behavior and all dimensions (P> 0.05). The score of unmarried people in interpersonal harmony was significantly lower than that of married (t = 2.44, P <0.01) There was significant difference between the two groups (P = .01, P <0.01) and the observance of law and compliance (F = 3.07, P <0.05) .2 There was a significant correlation between professionalism and organizational citizenship The degree of organizational engagement can significantly positively predict interpersonal harmony and public-private distinction (P <0.05). Conclusion: The degree of engagement has a positive impact on the identity organization, co-workers and law-abiding of the traffic police. The degree of organizational engagement has a positive impact on the interpersonal harmony and public-private distinction of the traffic police.
