目的 为了掌握湖南省放射诊疗的基本情况 ,做好医疗照射的防护工作 ;估算湖南省主要几种X射线诊断人均有效剂量和年集体有效剂量。方法 按照“九五”期间全国医疗照射调查方案的要求 ,采用“九五”期间X射线诊断医疗照射、临床核医学及放射治疗频率水平的调查表 ,进行了普查、抽查和详细调查。结果 湖南省 1996年和1998年X射线诊断检查的年频率分别为 2 65 .2 8人次 /千人口和 2 69.92人次 /千人口 ;核医学诊断的年频率分别为0 .199人次 /千人口和 0 .3 0 9人次 /千人口 ;核医学治疗的年频率分别为 0 .0 2 2人次 /千人口和 0 .0 3 3人次 /千人口 ;放射治疗的年频率分别为 0 .162例 /千人口和 0 .189例 /千人口。在各种X射线诊断检查中 ,消化道系统受检者的皮肤平均吸收剂量最高 ,平均为 12 .0 2mGy/人次 ;胸部正位片最低 ,平均为 0 .5 1mGy/人次 ;湖南省主要几种X射线诊断人均有效剂量为 0 .116mSva-1,1998年的年集体有效剂量为 7.5 4× 10 3 人Sv。结论 湖南省 1996年和 1998年的X射线诊断检查年频率高于全国平均值 ;而临床核医学及放射治疗年频率水平低于全国平均值。目前X射线诊断人均有效剂量仍低于世界平均值 0 .3mSv。
Objective To master the basic situation of radiation diagnosis and treatment in Hunan Province and do a good job in the protection of medical irradiation; estimate the effective dose per capita and the collective effective dose of several kinds of X-ray diagnosis in Hunan Province. Methods According to the survey plan of national medical radiation during the Ninth Five-year Plan period, the questionnaire of X-ray diagnosis of medical radiation, clinical nuclear medicine and radiotherapy frequency during the Ninth Five-year Plan period was conducted, and census, spot check and detailed investigation were carried out. Results The annual frequency of X-ray diagnosis in 1996 and 1998 in Hunan Province were respectively 2.65.28 person-times and 2 69.92 persons / person. The annual frequency of nuclear medicine diagnosis was 0.199 person-times per thousand population and 0.309 persons / population; the annual frequency of nuclear medicine treatment was 0.022 2 persons / thousand population and 0. 03 3 persons / thousand population respectively; the annual frequency of radiotherapy was 0.162 cases / Thousands of people and 0.189 cases / population. In all kinds of X-ray diagnostic tests, the average absorbed dose of the skin of the digestive system subjects was the highest, with an average of 12.0 mGy / person; the lowest positive radiographs of the chest were 0.51 mGy / person; The effective dose per person for X-ray diagnosis was 0.116 mSva-1, and the annual effective SBPH in 1987 was 7.5 4 × 10 3 Sv. Conclusion The annual frequency of X-ray diagnostic tests in Hunan Province in 1996 and 1998 was higher than the national average. The annual frequency of clinical nuclear medicine and radiotherapy was lower than the national average. The current average effective dose of X-ray diagnosis is still below the world average of 0.3mSv.
