华中电网水电资源丰富,截至2012年,水电装机容量为8257万千瓦,占区域总装机的41.05%,年水电上网电量3063亿千瓦时,占华中总电量的37.77%。其中四川、湖北和湖南的水电装机容量和发电量几乎占华中电网的90%。2012年华中来水情况好,水电发电量大,在部分省份出现了水电消纳以后火电利用小时大幅降低的现象,有些火电企业提出了难以继续生存和发展的问题。究竟水电消纳对火电上网电量有多大的影响?除水电消纳因素外,是否还有其他因素影响火电上网电量?各个因素的影响程度如何?本文对此进行了研究,以湖南省电力交易数据为例,
Huazhong Power Grid is rich in hydropower resources. By 2012, hydropower installed capacity was 82.57 million kilowatts, accounting for 41.05% of the total installed capacity in the region. The annual hydropower on-grid electricity consumption was 306.3 billion kwh, accounting for 37.77% of the total power in Central China.
