文献报道一些酰氨基硫脲及有关的杂环衍生物,如1,2,4-三唑,1,3,4-噻二唑,具有一定程度的促进植物生长的功效。Cathey亦指出,含有C-C-N-N骨架的有机分子对植物有促进生长的作用。某些含有硫脲基团的有机化合物还具有抗结核等生理活性。为了研究含有这两种活性基团的化合物的生理活性,我们以氰乙酰肼(1)同芳基(取代芳基)异硫氰酸酯(2a-2i)进行反应,制得了九个1-氰乙酰基-4-芳基(取代芳基)氨基硫脲化合物(3a-3i)。
In the literature, some acylthioureas and related heterocyclic derivatives, such as 1,2,4-triazole and 1,3,4-thiadiazole, have been reported to some extent to promote plant growth. Cathey also notes that organic molecules containing a C-C-N-N backbone have a plant-growth promoting effect. Some organic compounds containing thiourea groups also have anti-TB and other physiological activities. In order to study the physiological activities of the compounds containing these two reactive groups, we reacted with cyanoacetylhydrazide (1) with aryl (substituted aryl) isothiocyanates (2a-2i) Cyanoacetyl-4-aryl (substituted aryl) thiosemicarbazone compounds (3a-3i).
