为深入分析和探讨恒温和变温培养对酢浆草岩螨[Petrobia(Tetranychina)harti(Ewing)]生长发育的影响,在恒温24℃和变温(20~27℃,平均24℃)条件下,测定了酢浆草岩螨的发育历期、寿命及繁殖能力等生命表参数。结果表明:恒温24℃和变温24℃条件下的酢浆草岩螨的发育历期和发育速率变化不大;恒温24℃条件下每雌产卵量和日均产卵量均低于变温24℃时;恒温24℃酢浆草岩螨的净增殖率R0为20.0200,小于变温24℃净增殖率26.3333,其它试验种群参数差异不明显。
