采用褶合光谱法，同时测定了复方汞溴红液中三组分的含量，平均回收率和RSD分别为：氯霉素99．97％，1．26％；磺胺嘧啶99．61％，0．33％；汞溴红99．64％，1．59％。
Convolution spectrometry was used to determine the contents of three components in compound HBB. The average recoveries and RSDs were 99.97% and 1.26% for chloramphenicol, 99.61% for sulfadiazine and 0 .33%; Mercury Bromine 99.64%, 1.59%.
