从1975年～1995年,采用上海产小型高频电刀,作下鼻甲粘膜下电凝固术治疗飞行人员慢性鼻炎318例,疗效满意,报道如下。 1 对象和方法 1.1 对象 慢性鼻炎患者318例。男性314例,女性4例,年龄20岁～43岁,均为飞行人员。病人均有不同程度的鼻塞、鼻分泌物增多、飞行下滑时压耳等症状。病史8个月～20年,平均为4.7年。本组病例均有间断使用血管收
From 1975 to 1995, the use of Shanghai-made small high-frequency electric knife for inferior turbinate electrocoagulation electrocautery in the treatment of 318 cases of chronic rhinitis pilots, with satisfactory results reported below. 1 Subjects and methods 1.1 Object 318 patients with chronic rhinitis. 314 males and 4 females, aged 20 to 43 years old, all of whom were pilots.
