国产低速卫生纸机的蒸汽冷凝水系统一般采用疏水阀排出,蒸汽浪费严重。目前节能效果最好的吹贯蒸汽控制式蒸汽冷凝水系统已在高速纸机上成功应用,但由于系统相对复杂、价格昂贵,对于价格低廉的国产低速卫生纸机来说,难以匹配。因此,对吹贯蒸汽控制系统进行简化和优化,开发适合国产低速卫生纸机的“热泵控制蒸汽回收系统”技术显得十分必要。日前,这样一套“简约版”的吹贯蒸汽控制热泵系统已在国内某卫生纸厂成功应用,节能效果显著。

Recently, such a set of “simple version” Blowing steam control heat pump system has been successfully applied in a sanitary paper mill, energy-saving effect is remarkable.
