本文介绍了我国首次研制成功的无声破碎剂(SCA)的种类和性能、破碎设计、施工方法及其注意事项等。SCA是一种膨胀性粉末,与水拌成浆体灌入岩石钻孔中,可产生300～500公斤/厘米~2膨胀压,经8～24小时便在无震动、无飞石、无噪音、无毒气下使其破碎。SCA是一种新的安全破碎剂。SCA在石材切割中应用,作业安全、简单,适用于乡镇石材企业开采大理石、花岗石荒料。
This article describes the type and performance of the SCA that was successfully developed for the first time in China, crushing design, construction methods, and precautions. SCA is a kind of intumescent powder. It is mixed with water slurry and poured into the rock borehole. It can produce 300～500kg/cm2 expansion pressure. After 8 to 24 hours, it has no vibration, no flying stones, no noise. , make it broken under the poisonous gas. SCA is a new safe breaker. SCA is applied in the stone cutting, and the operation is safe and simple. It is suitable for mining of marble and granite blocks in township stone enterprises.
