Memories once again bring me back to the era of war-torn war. In the summer of 1941, I left Guangxi University and went to work in the second adversarial study group of Guilin General Office of the KMT Military Committee (director Li Jishen). At that time our country’s enemy was the Japanese imperialists and their invasion of China. The office is located in the north of Guilin Lijiang River near the fold Cai Shan foothills. After I entered that group, I was surprised to find there was a Japanese working. He is of medium build, with bright eyes and is about 30 years old. He was quick-witted, spoke quickly and wrote very well. According to the introduction of the leader, the Japanese member called Salt See Sheng Ce, he was originally a diplomat of the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam and went to the border with China
