运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,通过对山西师范大学文理学院大众健美操中学生表现力的认知情况和影响因素进行分析,旨在寻求大众健美操表现力培养策略,为山西师范大学文理学院及其他高等院校公共体育健美操课程的改革和发展提供可以借鉴的依据。研究结果显示:身体素质训练和技术动作学习是提高健美操表现力的前提和基础、节奏律感的培养是提高健美操表现力的灵魂、良好的心理素质是提高健美操表现力的重要组成部分、兴趣爱好是提高健美操表现力的催化剂。
Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, interviews and mathematical statistics, this article analyzes the cognition and influencing factors of expressiveness of aerobics middle school students in Shanxi Normal University, aiming to find out the performance of aerobics Training strategy for Shanxi Normal University College of Arts and other institutions of higher learning public aerobics curriculum reform and development can provide reference. The results show that: Physical fitness training and technical movement learning are the prerequisites and foundation for improving the expressiveness of aerobics. Rhythm and law training is the soul of improving the expressiveness of aerobics. Good psychological quality is an important part of improving the expressiveness of aerobics. , Hobbies are the catalyst to improve the performance of aerobics.
