对于现有的激光运用中 ,表面熔化已经成为了激光表面改性的一种重要手段。为了充分了解激光熔化机理 ,对表面熔化进行模拟研究很有必要。本文运用导出的内部边界条件的解析模型 ,利用有限元方法 ,对激光热处理温度场的偏微分方程进行了数值模拟。预测的最大熔化区域和实验比较取得了很好的一致。
For the existing laser applications, surface melting has become an important means of laser surface modification. In order to fully understand the laser melting mechanism, it is necessary to simulate the surface melting. In this paper, we derive the analytical model of the internal boundary conditions and use the finite element method to simulate the partial differential equations of the laser heat treatment temperature field. The predicted maximum melting area is in good agreement with the experimental comparison.
