According to the 1990 census data in our country, we analyze the factors affecting the marital status of the elderly. In 1990, there were 72.6% of males and 47.9% of females aged 60 and over in our country. The rate of widowhood was 23.6% for males and 51.4% for females. The main factors that affect the marital status of the elderly are regional, educational level, occupation and economic income. It is characterized by the unmarried elderly men in rural areas who lost their even-handed rate even higher than those in urban areas, with spouse rates lower than those in urban areas, low spouse rates and low economic incomes, with low spouse rates and high widowhood rates, and the spouse rate of service workers Low, high rate of widowhood. Therefore, it is considered that the illiteracy, semi-illiterate people, low-income people and service workers in our country have low social status and poor health status, which is the focus of health care service.
