目的分析复发性流产患者外周血染色体核型,探讨复发性流产与染色体异常的关系。方法对2011年1月~2013年10月在湖北省妇幼保健院就诊的739对(1 478例)复发性流产的患者夫妇,进行外周血淋巴细胞培养和染色体核型分析。结果在1 478例复发性流产夫妇中,检出染色体异常146例,异常率为9.88%,其中相互易位14例(0.95%),罗伯逊易位4例(0.27%),倒位34例(2.3%),多态性变异92例(6.22%),染色体数目异常2例(0.14%)。结论染色体异常是导致复发性流产的重要原因之一,对复发性流产患者常规应行染色体核型分析,病因分析中不应忽视染色体多态性的作用。
Objective To analyze the karyotypes of peripheral blood in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion and to explore the relationship between recurrent spontaneous abortion and chromosomal abnormalities. Methods Peripheral blood lymphocytes and chromosome karyotype analysis were performed on 739 (1478 recurrent) abortion patients who were treated in Hubei MCH hospital from January 2011 to October 2013. Results Among 1 478 recurrent spontaneous abortion cases, 146 cases of chromosomal abnormalities were detected, the abnormal rate was 9.88%, of which 14 cases (0.95%) were translocation, 4 cases (0.27%) were Robertsonian translocation, and 34 cases were inverted 2.3%), polymorphism in 92 cases (6.22%), and chromosomal abnormalities in 2 cases (0.14%). Conclusion Chromosomal abnormalities are one of the major causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion. Chromosomal karyotype analysis should be performed routinely in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion. Chromosome polymorphism should not be ignored in etiological analysis.
