测试了高韧性药芯焊丝焊缝金属在-20℃时的CTOD阻力曲线,用扫描电镜和透射电镜分析了焊缝金属的显微组织,测定了焊缝金属中非金属夹杂物尺寸大小。结果表明,焊缝金属含有约90%的针状铁素体时,在-20℃时的断裂韧性特征值δ0.2可达0.151mm。
The CTOD resistance curve of the weld metal of high toughness flux cored wire at -20 ℃ was tested. The microstructure of the weld metal was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The size of nonmetal inclusions in the weld metal was measured. The results show that when the weld metal contains about 90% acicular ferrite, the fracture toughness value δ0.2 at -20 ℃ can reach 0.151mm.
