乙腈(Acetonitrile),CH_3CN,又称氰甲烷(Methyl Cyanide),由乙酰胺与冰醋酸反应而得;丙烯氨化氧化法生产丙烯腈时,副产物中也有乙腈,含量约5%。本品主要用作溶剂、化学中间体、橡胶的抗氧化剂以及油脂的萃取剂。乙腈为无色具特殊臭味液体,溶于水,亦可混溶于乙醇、乙醚和丙酮。分子量41.05,比重0.7839(20°/20℃),沸点81.6℃,蒸气比重1.41,饱和空气浓度96,000ppm(20℃,760mmHg)。1ppm=1.69毫克/立方米。
