急性期应答(Acute Phase Response)又称为急性期反应(Acute Phase Reaction),是感染、创伤、免疫反应、恶性肿瘤及炎症过程诱导机体发生的一系列反应,表现为代谢、内分泌、神经及免疫功能的改变,大多出现于感染或炎症开始后的数小时到数天内。急性期应答的临床和实验室改变有发热、贫血、外周血白细胞计数升高伴核左移;血清铁、锌水平降低,但随着铜蓝蛋白升高血清铜含量也升高;肝脏合成急性期蛋白(Acute Phase Protein,简称APP)迅速增加,红细胞沉降率也随之升高。并常有高γ球蛋白血症及高补体血症。
Acute Phase Response, also known as Acute Phase Reaction, is a series of reactions induced by the infection, trauma, immune response, malignant tumor and inflammatory process. It manifests as metabolism, endocrine, nerve and immunity Changes in function occur mostly within hours to days after infection or inflammation begins. Acute phase response to clinical and laboratory changes have fever, anemia, peripheral leukocyte count increased with the left shift; serum iron, zinc levels decreased, but with elevated ceruloplasmin serum copper levels also increased; acute liver synthesis Acute Phase Protein (APP) rapid increase in erythrocyte sedimentation rate also increased. And often high-gamma globulin and hyperlipidemia.
