为了解大鼠急性肝损伤后肝组织铜锌变化,本实验用CCl4诱发大鼠急性肝损伤,并测定损伤组和对照组肝组织铜锌含量,结果表明,损伤组肝组织锌含量明显高于对照组(P<0.002),铜变化不明显(P>0.50);铜/锌值损伤组明显降低(P<0.01)。提示肝损伤组肝组织锌增高可能系血锌应激性转移所致,对损伤后肝组织修复、再生可能起重要作用
In order to understand the changes of copper and zinc in liver tissue after acute liver injury in rats, CCl4 was used to induce acute liver injury in rats, and the contents of copper and zinc in liver tissue of injured group and control group were determined. The results showed that the content of zinc in liver tissue of injured group was significantly higher than In the control group (P <0.002), the change of copper was not obvious (P> 0.50), and the copper / zinc damage group was significantly reduced (P <0.01). It is suggested that the increase of zinc in liver tissue of liver injury group may be caused by zinc-zinc stress-induced metastasis, which may play an important role in the repair and regeneration of liver tissue after injury
