本文报道200m氦氧模拟饱和潜水实验条件下,4名潜水员的细胞和体液免疫功能的变化。 方法(1)实验条件:潜水员4名,其健康状况,实验环境及具体实施方案等,已另行报道(海洋学报1985;7(3):369)。(2)免疫指标检测:在加压前第13日、第1日及减压至常压后次日,分别抽取起床后空腹静脉血,检测各项免疫指标,所测数值自身进行对比及统计学处理。指标:①外周血总T淋巴细胞及活性T淋巴细胞,采用微量玫瑰花结法;②外周血T淋巴细胞转化率,采用~3H-TdR掺入法;③血清IgG、IgA、IgM及补体C_3,采用琼脂糖单扩散法。
This paper reports the changes of cellular and humoral immune function of four divers under 200m helium-oxygen simulated saturation diving test.
