芜湖枢纽芜湖至火龙岗外绕线二环路特大桥中的主跨为跨越芜湖市二环路的铁跨公上立交,为一次性浇注全长７３ｍ的连续刚构,属大面积混凝土作业。由于板梁较薄(仅１ｍ),且为空心结构,梁中的钢筋有８０多吨,布置极为密集,为此,设计文件引入了聚丙烯纤维网的应用。笔者主持了该工程项目的施工,对此新材料的应用浅谈几点看法。
Wuhu hub Wuhu to Huolongang outer winding Second Ring Road super-large bridge spanning the Second Ring Road in Wuhu City, across the public interchange for the one-time continuous casting of a total length of 73m, is a large area of concrete work. Due to the thinness of the girder (only 1 m) and its hollow structure, the rebar in the beam has more than 80 tons and is extremely densely laid. To this end, the design document introduces the use of polypropylene fiber webs. The author presided over the construction of the project, the application of this new material on a few comments.
