本研究从二氯菊酸乙酯开始,经皂化、酸化成二氯菊酸,再酰氯化得二氯菊酸酰氯,然后在相转移催化剂的存在下与间—苯氧基苯甲醛、氰化钠一起反应合成氯氰菊酯,即“酰氯—醛—氰化钠”法。研究出用价廉、易得,能够方便自产的间—苯氧基苄基三乙基氯化铵作为相转移催化剂,获得了较好的结果。具有反应条件温和,反应周期短,合成收率高等特点,有利于工业化生产。
In the present study, starting from ethyl dichloroacetate, it was saponified and acidified into difenoconic acid, then chloridized to form dichlorfenacyl chloride, and then reacted with m-phenoxybenzaldehyde, cyanidation in the presence of phase transfer catalyst Sodium together to synthesize cypermethrin, namely “acid chloride - aldehyde - sodium cyanide” method. The better results were obtained by using m-phenoxybenzyltriethylammonium chloride as phase transfer catalyst, which is cheap, easy to get, and easy to produce. With mild reaction conditions, short reaction period, high yield of synthesis, is conducive to industrial production.
