目的探讨与细胞周期调节相关的基因p06和Rb基因在贲门癌中的表达及其意义。方法用SP免疫级化法对58例贲门癌进行p16和Rb基因蛋白的检测。结果随着贲门癌恶性程度的加重和浸润的加深,p16基因蛋白的阳性表达率逐渐降低,而Rb基因蛋白的阳性表达率逐渐升高(P<0.05)。p16和Rb基因蛋白的表达呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论p16和Rb基因蛋白的表达异常在贲门癌的发生发展中起重要作用。p16基因蛋白对Rb基因蛋白的表达具有负性调节作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of the genes p06 and Rb related to cell cycle regulation in cardiac cancer. Methods The p16 and Rb gene proteins were detected in 58 cases of cardiac cancer by SP immunohistochemistry. Results With the increase of malignancy and infiltration of cardiac cancer, the positive expression rate of p16 gene protein gradually decreased, while the positive rate of Rb gene protein gradually increased (P<0.05). The expression of p16 and Rb gene protein was significantly negatively correlated (P<0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of p16 and Rb protein plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiac cancer. The p16 gene protein has a negative regulatory effect on the expression of the Rb gene protein.
