目的 探讨非小细胞肺癌MDR 1型化疗耐药的诊断方法及逆转方法。方法 采用免疫组化 +微波抗原修复技术 ,用于检测MDR 1的表达产物P gp蛋白 ,对 48例阳性者采用随机配对分组 ,采用他莫昔芬 12 0mgbid +异博定12 0mgtid +川芎嗪 12 0mgivdripqd联合逆转耐药 ,自化疗前 3天开始 ,持续至此化疗结束后 4天。结果 治疗组比对照组有效率提高 33.3%。有显著性差异。结论 采用免疫组化法 +微波抗原修复术用于非小细胞肺癌P gp的检测是可行的 ;采用超大剂量他莫昔芬 +中剂量异博定 +川芎嗪逆转耐药疗效满意 ,毒副反应可耐受。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic methods and reversal methods of MDR-1 chemoresistance in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry and microwave antigen retrieval technique were used to detect the expression of P gp protein in MDR 1. Forty eight patients were randomly assigned to one group. Tamoxifen 12 0 mg bid + ibuprofen 12 0 mgtid plus ligustrazine 12 0mgivdripqd combined with reversal of drug resistance, starting 3 days before chemotherapy, until the end of 4 days after the end of chemotherapy. Results The treatment group than the control group increased by 33.3%. There are significant differences. Conclusion It is feasible to detect P gp in non-small cell lung cancer by immunohistochemistry and microwave antigen retrieval. The treatment of large dose of tamoxifen plus middle dose of isoboridine and ligustrazine reversed the drug resistance, Tolerable.
