喷射冶金作为一种重要的炉外精炼的炼钢手段,在我国正处于推广应用阶段。但经常由于工艺参数选择不当,影响着其效率的充分发挥。本文介绍了几个主要工艺参数的实验研究和理论分析结果。即:为保证最佳混合效率,喷枪插入深度应为0.65~0.85H;从脱硫考虑,合理的喷粉时间应控制在5~8min,小钢包也不得短于3min;顶渣量宜控制在1~2%,其氧化铁含量应<5%,喷粉后吹氲净化时间应控制在1~3min,吹氩量应<200NL/min。
Jet metallurgy as an important means of refining the furnace steelmaking, is in our country is in the promotion and application stage. This article introduces the experimental research and theoretical analysis of several major process parameters. That is: In order to ensure the best mixing efficiency, the gun insertion depth should be 0.65 ~ 0.85H; from the desulfurization considerations, a reasonable duster time should be controlled at 5 ~ 8min, the ladle shall not be less than 3min; the amount of top slag should be controlled at 1 ~ 2%, the iron oxide content should be less than 5%, after blowing dusting purifying time should be controlled in 1 ~ 3min, argon blowing capacity should be <200NL / min.
