近几年来,随着信息技术的飞速发展,人力资源管理作为现代企业管理的重要组成部分,管理水平的高低直接影响企业的发展。加上企业竞争市场的激烈化,为了能够提升自身管理水平,越来越多的企业纷纷在人力资源管理中以ERP系统为信息管理平台。因此,本文则对企业人力资源管理中ERP系统的设计加以全面分析。
In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, human resources management as an important part of modern enterprise management, the level of management directly affects the development of enterprises. Coupled with the fierce market competition in enterprises, in order to be able to enhance their own management level, more and more companies have in human resources management ERP system for information management platform. Therefore, this article analyzes the design of ERP system in enterprise human resource management comprehensively.
