为了解成都市生活饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的污染情况,于2012年采集成都市城区内生活饮用水样进行检测。结果显示,共检测水样756件,检出铜绿假单胞菌21株,检出率为2.8%。管网水的检出率为0.4%,二次供水的检出率为6.4%,二次供水中铜绿假单胞菌的检出率[6.4%(19/296)]高于管网水[0.4%(2/460)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同季节二次供水和管网水中铜绿假单胞菌的检出率间比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。提示成都市生活饮用水存在铜绿假单胞菌污染,且以二次供水较为严重。
In order to understand the pollution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in drinking water in Chengdu City, drinking water samples in urban areas of Chengdu City were collected for testing in 2012. The results showed that a total of 756 water samples were detected and 21 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected, the detection rate was 2.8%. The detection rate of pipe network water was 0.4%, the detection rate of secondary water supply was 6.4%, the detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in secondary water supply [6.4% (19/296)] was higher than that of pipe network water [ 0.4% (2/460)], the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the detection rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa between the secondary water supply and pipe network water in different seasons (P> 0.05). Suggest that drinking water in Chengdu exists Pseudomonas aeruginosa pollution, and secondary water supply is more serious.
