根据滑移液压支架的工作情况,多个该支架通过托梁系统连为一个整体,具有十分显著的整体性,但是如果托梁的稳定性和安全性受到影响和破坏时,工作面会出现倒架、扭架的现象,托梁出现故障会直接影响支架对顶板的支护强度,关系到整个工作面的人员、设备安全。因此改善托梁结构、增大托梁强度的研究是十分重要的。为了消除这种安全隐患,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对液压支架托梁进行强度分析,找出托梁中受力的薄弱环节。在多种方案的对比结合下,利用PRO/E软件构建托梁的三维实体模型并进行相应的结构改进和优化,利用有限元软件ANSYS分析其最大应力的减小情况,使它的受力情况有所改善。
