[目的]观察食管癌患者术后早期肠内营养过程中辅以中药四君子汤对患者术后恢复的影响。[方法]将39例食管癌患者随机分为两组,实验组给予四君子汤联合肠内营养,对照组给予单纯肠内营养,观察两组患者术后一般情况以及营养、炎症、免疫状态。[结果]实验组患者术后肛门平均排气时间及平均住院时间短于对照组。术后第7dPALB和TRF水平高于对照组,术后第3、7dCRP均低于对照组,术后第1、3、7dCD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]四君子汤联合肠内营养有助于改善食管癌患者术后营养、炎症、免疫状态,加快其康复速度,是临床围手术期安全、有效的营养补给方法。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Sijunzi Decoction on postoperative recovery of early enteral nutrition in esophageal cancer patients. [Method] Thirty-nine patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received Sijunzi Decoction combined with enteral nutrition. The control group received simple enteral nutrition. The general condition, nutrition, inflammation and immune status of the two groups were observed. [Results] The average anal exhaust time and average length of stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group. The postoperative 7th day, the levels of PAP and TRF were higher than the control group, the 3rd and 7th day postoperative CRP were lower than the control group, the 1st, 3rd, 7th day postoperative CD3 +, CD4 + and CD4 + / CD8 + levels were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Sijunzitang combined with enteral nutrition can help to improve the postoperative nutrition, inflammation and immune status of esophageal cancer patients and accelerate their recovery. It is a safe and effective method of nutritional supplement in perioperative period.
