在废旧聚酯纺织品醇解试验的基础上,对摩擦造粒、布泡料半自动投料系统及立卧双釜调质调黏工艺进行优化改进,研制了生产能力为2 000 t/a的物化结合法生产超柔软再生复合涤纶短纤维的生产线。结果表明:废旧聚酯纺织品最佳的醇解条件为260℃、m(EG)∶m(PET)=2、m[Zn(AC)_2]∶m(PET)=0.002、反应时间2.5~3 h、反应压力0.4~0.5 MPa,并对醇解产物进行了表征。立卧双釜的两级过滤精度及时间分别选用初级过滤精度150目、使用5 h和二级过滤精度150目、使用16 h,过滤效果最好。立式釜为24层,多孔板间距6 mm,熔体停留时间约65 min,增黏幅度最优,改进后的立卧双釜调质调黏的熔体特性黏度达0.635~0.655 d L/g。对并列纺丝工艺及后处理工艺进行改进,并优化改造了生产超柔软再生涤纶短纤维用热定形烘箱。试验制得的再生复合涤纶短纤维手感超级柔软,无疵点,压缩弹性回复率为77%,中空率20%。
On the basis of the alcoholysis test of waste polyester textile, the optimization and improvement of friction granulation, semi-automatic feeding system for cloth material and vertical and horizontal double-kettle quenching and tempering process were developed. The intrinsic viscosity of the modified vertical autoclave was 0.635 ~ 0.655 d L / g. The parallel spinning process and post-treatment process to improve and optimize the production of ultra-soft recycled polyester staple fiber with a heat-setting oven. The resulting regenerated composite polyester staple fiber felt super soft, non-defective, compression elastic recovery rate of 77%, the hollow rate of 20%.
