科塞认为冲突是社会的常态,可以提高社会系统至少是社会系统关键部分的整合,冲突的延长和缩短是由一些具体的条件进行限制的。文章以企业为研究的切入点,以科塞的冲突论来探讨企业内存在的人际关系冲突,并将企业内存在的冲突按照参与者的角色划分为两种类型,从管理者与员工、员工与员工这两种类型来分析企业内冲突的表现,运用科塞的冲突理论对这两种类型的冲突进行重新的解读。
Kosse believes that conflict is the norm of society and can improve the integration of the social system, at least the key part of the social system. The extension and reduction of conflicts are limited by some specific conditions. This article takes the enterprise as the research starting point, discusses the interpersonal conflict existing within the enterprise with the conflict theory of Coase, and divides the conflict within the enterprise according to the role of the participants into two types. From the perspectives of managers and employees, employees And staff, to analyze the performance of the conflicts in the enterprise, and to re-interpret these two types of conflicts by using the conflict theory of Coase.
