卫77-23井是中原石油勘探局在东濮凹陷中央隆起带北部造卫77区块的一口开发井,设计井深2989米,完钻井深2989米。该井在钻遇井深2850米处发生井漏,井口不返。使用大量的堵漏剂和水泥浆进行反复堵漏,历时一个月都未能成功共漏失钻井液700余方,经过开发部和采油厂反复考证,钻机往西移出10米再打一个新井眼。结果在钻至井深2852米处又发生漏失,又使用大量的堵漏剂和水泥浆进行反复堵漏,共漏失钻井液1398.2方。使用两个凡尔钻进历时2个月终于完钻。针对该井在井底漏失,各项固井措施落实困难等固井中存在的技术难题,通过对水泥浆体系和隔离液液的反复优选和评价,固井施工工艺的研究和论证,固井质量良好,为此类井开发提供了技术支持。
