本文以饭店的集团化管理为研究对象,首先介绍了饭店集团化的定义及相关概念,包括饭店集团化的定义,饭店集团化的特征,饭店集团化的经营优势;接着指明了饭店集团化管理过程中出现的问题,包括部门职权分工不明确,权利过于分散,缺乏现代化的管理模式和管理手段;文章的第三部分阐述了饭店集团化管理的意义和优势,分别是建立共同的企业标准,有助于集团饭店的企业文化构建,有助于提高饭店的市场占有率;最后文章提出了饭店集团化管理应坚持的原则和应贯彻的策略,第一是坚持各个门店执行标准相同,第二是坚持建立分明的财务管理制度,第三是建立起成熟的权利的集中与下放制度,第四是建立起科学的门店内部竞争制度,最后要加强各部门的人员流动性。希望本文可以凭借相对详实的理论论述为饭店的集团化管理进行一定的总结,并为饭店的集团化管理提出一定的参考意见。
