目的探讨胃癌组织中Runx3、Survivin和p27蛋白的表达情况,及其与各临床病理因素的关系,以及三者在胃癌组织中表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SABC方法 ,检测Runx3、Sur-vivin和p27蛋白在8例正常胃黏膜组织、15例异型增生胃黏膜、47例胃癌组织中的表达情况。结果胃癌组织中Runx3、Survivin和p27的表达阳性率分别为36.2%,70.2%和44.7%,与正常胃黏膜中的表达阳性率比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);Runx3的表达与胃癌的组织学分类、侵袭深度、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);胃癌组织中Runx3与Survivin的表达呈负相关(P<0.05),Runx3与p27呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论本研究结果表明,胃癌组织中Runx3和p27的低表达,Survivin的高表达可能导致细胞的增殖和凋亡异常,三者共同参与了胃癌的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the expression of Runx3, Survivin and p27 protein in gastric carcinoma and their relationship with clinicopathological factors and the expression of Runx3, survivin and p27 in gastric carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expressions of Runx3, Sur-vivin and p27 protein in 8 cases of normal gastric mucosa, 15 cases of dysplastic gastric mucosa and 47 cases of gastric carcinoma. Results The positive rates of Runx3, Survivin and p27 in gastric cancer tissues were 36.2%, 70.2% and 44.7%, respectively, which were significantly different from those in normal gastric mucosa (all P <0.05). The expression of Runx3 (P <0.05). The expression of Runx3 and Survivin in gastric cancer was negatively correlated (P <0.05), while Runx3 was positively correlated with p27 (P <0.05). Conclusion The results of this study show that the low expression of Runx3 and p27 in gastric cancer tissues and the high expression of Survivin may lead to abnormal cell proliferation and apoptosis. The three genes participate in the development of gastric cancer.
