人力资源是一个企业发展的重要因素,其配置状况直接影响企业的发展,必须给予足够的重视。本文基于对太阳山光伏发电厂的调研,通过对本厂人力资源现状的分析,探讨进一步优化和完善厂人力资源管理的对策,以更好地推动企业发展。
Human resources is an important factor in the development of an enterprise, and its configuration has a direct impact on the development of an enterprise and must be given sufficient attention.
