从1979年起,我们开始在茶园中自然死亡的茶树害虫尸体上进行分离病原微生物的工作。几年来,共获得病原眞菌17株,病毒3株,病原细菌134株,其中含有晶体毒素的芽孢杆菌有96株。通过分批进行害虫的致病力试验和毒力试验,初步筛选出111号、119号、109号三个芽孢杆菌菌株,对鳞翅目幼虫有较强的致病率。1981-1984年我们用这三种菌株对茶树主要害虫茶毛虫幼虫进行了室内和田间杀虫试验,现将试验结果整理如下。
Since 1979, we have begun the work of isolating pathogenic microorganisms from the dead bodies of tea tree pests that naturally die in tea gardens. In recent years, 17 strains of pathogenic bacteria, 3 strains of viruses and 134 strains of pathogenic bacteria have been obtained, of which 96 strains are Bacillus that contain crystal toxin. Through batch experiments of pathogenicity and virulence of pests, three strains of Bacillus 111, 119 and 109 were screened initially, which showed strong pathogenicity to lepidopteran larvae. 1981-1984 we used these three strains of tea plant caterpillar larvae of the main pests of indoor and field insecticide test, the test results are summarized below.
