柴油机曲轴箱内积存废气过多,气压就会升高。试验表明,柴油机每工作1分钟,就有3千克的废气漏入曲轴箱内,随着活塞环、气缸套的磨损,漏气量逐渐增加,当气压高到一定值时,曲轴油封处出现渗油,气压再增高时,各机件接合处就出现明显的漏油。柴油机工作时,曲轴箱内的机油在废气压力下,从活塞环和气门导管处窜入燃烧室烧掉或从排气管喷出,严重时因烧机油 Excessive accumulation of diesel engine crankcase gas pressure will rise.
