近几年,崇明县在中小河道管理方面开展了大量的工作,获得了丰富的管理经验,水环境面貌有了极大改善,也赢得了社会各界的广泛赞誉,但离崇明生态岛的要求还有一定差距,崇明县中小河道管理工作还任重道远。针对目前崇明县中小河道管理方面存在的问题,探讨了如何进行河道长效管理,分析认为,应高度重视中小河道管理工作,加大养护管理力度;强化河道长效管理工作的考核;推进河道设施养护专业化、社会化;加大宣传力度,进一步提高对河道管理的认识;加强镇村级河道整治工作。 In recent years, Chongming County has carried out a great deal of work in the management of small and medium-sized river courses, obtained rich management experience, greatly improved its water environment and won wide acclaim from all walks of life.
