三叶因子3 (TFF3) 是三叶因子家族中的一员, 作为胃肠道黏膜损伤修复的重要因子, 其在细胞增殖与凋亡、血管新生、免疫应答等方面发挥作用.TFF3在多种消化系统疾病中的表达异常, 与消化系统炎症性疾病、肝脏疾病、消化道肿瘤等的发生、发展及预后都密切相关, 对临床诊疗有重要意义, 然而TFF3的作用机制尚未明确.本文综述TFF3的主要功能及其在消化系统疾病中的表达和作用研究, 以期为开发以TFF3为靶点的防治消化系统疾病的新药提供启示.“,”Trefoil factor 3 (TFF3) is a member of the trefoil factor family, which is a significant factor to repair the gastrointestinal mucosa.It plays an important role in proliferation, apoptosis, angiogenesis and immune response.The abnormal expression of TFF3 in many digestive system diseases is closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of digestive system inflammatory diseases, liver diseases, gastrointestinal cancer and so on.However, its underlying functional mechanisms still remain unclear.This article reviewed the research progress about the major biological functions of TFF3 and its expression and roles in digestive diseases, in order to develop some new drugs targeting TFF3 for prevention and treatment of the digestive diseases.
