采用氧化钇与盐酸左旋咪唑(LH)制备了盐酸左旋咪唑稀土化合物(LHLC),并研究了LHLC对SBR胶料硫化特性和物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,L H 和稀土发生配合反应,生成的 L HLC的分解温度较L H的提高了约25℃,残余率提高了12%。L HLC对SBR胶料有较好的硫化促进作用,添加L HLC的SBR胶料的硫化速度接近添加促T T的,而明显高于添加L H的。L HLC作为促进剂有助于提高SBR硫化胶的物理机械性能,含L HLC促进剂的SBR硫化胶的力学性能、耐热氧老化性能、回弹性能及耐磨耗性能均优于添加LH的硫化胶。“,”Levamisole rare earth compounds (LHLC) were prepared by the reaction of yttrium ox‐ide and levamisole hydrochloride (L H ) ,and the effect of L HLC on the vulcanization characteristics and mechanical properties of SBR was studied .The results showed that the LH could react with rare earth to form LHLC .Compared with the LH ,the decomposition temperature of the LHLC was in‐creased about 25℃ ,and the residual rate was increased by 12% .LHLC had better vulcanization pro‐moting effect on SBR rubber compound .The vulcanization speed of SBR which added LHLC was closed to that added TT and significantly faster than that added LH .When LHLC used as a promot‐er ,it can be propitious to improve the mechanical properties of SBR .The mechanical properties ,ther‐mal oxydative aging property ,resilience and abrasion resistance of the SBR compound w hich added LHLC promoter were better than that added LH .
