本文对影响负压薄膜造型铸铁件表面光洁度的因素运用正交法进行了试验研究。在不同壁厚的试样上,用光切法测定的表面光洁度分别达到12~71μm即▽5~▽3.使用DJS-14型电子计算机和ALGOL语言,运算各因素的显著性,表明了各因素的影响.理论分析和研究的结果表明,铸型涂料和石英砂粒度组成是表面光洁度的主要影响因素,铸型真空度,金属液浇注温度和薄膜厚度具有一定的影响,这些因素的不同水平对表面光洁度的不利影响随壁厚的增加而愈趋显著.
In this paper, the factors that influence the surface finish of negative pressure cast iron castings are studied by orthogonal test. Surface roughness measured by light-section method on samples with different wall thickness respectively reached 12 ~ 71μm, that is, ▽ 5 ~ ▽ 3. The significance of each factor was calculated using DJS-14 computer and ALGOL language, The theoretical analysis and research results show that the particle size composition of the mold coating and the quartz sand are the main factors affecting the surface finish, the vacuum degree of the mold, the pouring temperature of the molten metal and the thickness of the film have a certain impact, and the different levels of these factors The adverse effect on surface finish increases with increasing wall thickness.
