长期以来,公司党组始终重视卓越企业文化的传播和落地。实现公司“五统一”企业文化建设全覆盖,是持续深化“两个转变”、建成“一强三优”现代公司的思想保证、精神动力和文化支撑。社会在进步、企业在发展,如何让公司企业文化在基层落地实践,如何促进员工认知认同,是一个需要反复思考的问题。本期内容以公司企业文化建设为主题,力图传递基层单位在传播实践公司“五统一”企业文化方面的经验和做法。从三家单位的经验中可以看出,把企业文化落地和企业核心工作相结合,能够使公司企业文化建设更有活力、更有气场。
For a long time, the corporate party has always attached great importance to the spread of outstanding corporate culture and landing. To realize the full coverage of the corporate culture of “Five Unities” is the ideological guarantee, spiritual motivation and cultural support of the modern company that is deepening and deepening “two transformations” and building up “one strong, three gifted and one superior.” Social progress, business development, how to make corporate culture at the grassroots practice, how to promote staff awareness of identity, is a need to think repeatedly.
