目的:优化门诊取药流程,提高调剂效率,提升药学服务水平。方法:通过对比门诊药房前、后2种取药模式,分析现行刷卡叫号取药模式的优势及存在的问题。结果:相比传统预配候取模式,现行刷卡叫号取药模式通过数据流程的优化组合,随机分配窗口,即刷即配、即取即消,且语音系统与液晶显示屏同步,不仅为患者营造了温馨、人性化的取药环境,提高了调剂的质量和效率,减轻了药师的压力,有利于药学服务的开展,还进一步推动了数字化医院建设。但仍存在就医卡易消磁等问题。结论:刷卡叫号取药模式是一种新的取药模式,适合我院门诊药房工作。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the outpatient medication taking process, improve the efficiency of dispensing and improve the level of pharmacy services. But there are still problems such as medical card easy degaussing. Conclusion: Credit card withdrawal mode is a new drug taking mode, suitable for outpatient pharmacy work in our hospital.
