目的 :探讨 X波段脉冲波孕期照射致大鼠子代脑功能发育障碍的神经电生理机制。方法 :以功率密度 5~ 2 0m W/ cm2的脉冲微波对孕鼠进行孕期慢性辐照 ,研究成年子鼠海马神经元单位放电 (HUD)和海马突触传递长时程增强效应 (L TP)的变化。结果 :在 10、2 0 m W/ cm2 功率组 ,仔鼠 HUD对奇异声刺激的增频反应受到抑制 ,仔鼠海马 CA1区强直性 L TP的强度及发生率降低 ,习得性 L TP无变化 ;5 m W/ cm2剂量无上述作用 .该结果与前期行为学实验结果相一致。结论 :HUD及 L TP异常与微波导致的胎鼠脑功能发育障碍有联系。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the electrophysiological mechanism of impaired brain function in the offspring of rats induced by X-ray wave during pregnancy. Methods: The pregnant rats were chronically exposed during the second trimester of pregnancy with pulsed microwave with power density of 5 ~ 20 mW / cm2. The long term potentiation (LTP) of hippocampal neurons and unit cell discharge (HUD) The change. Results: In the power group of 10,2 0 mW / cm2, the up-regulation of singular acoustic stimulation was inhibited in the offspring HUD, the intensity and incidence of tetanic LTP in the hippocampal CA1 region of the offspring decreased, and the learned LTP 5 mW / cm2 dose did not have the above effects.The results are consistent with the results of previous behavioral experiments. Conclusion: Abnormalities of HUD and L TP are related to the development of brain dysfunction induced by microwave in fetal rats.
