本文改进了测定水中亚硝酸盐氨的方法。亚硝酸离子与间苯二酚,钒酸盐在H_2SO_4酸性介质中100℃加热15min生成的橙黄络合物,于510nm处具最大吸收峰,稳定可达24h。其摩尔吸光系数为5.40×10~4L/M·cm,在0.1~10μg时符合比耳定律,对不同亚硝酸盐氮量的回收率为83.7~106.7%,重复测定时精密度良好,最大变异系数为5.00%,本法用于样品测定结果与原法相符。
This article improves the method for the determination of nitrite in water. Nitrite and resorcinol, vanadate in H 2 SO 4 acid medium heated at 100 ℃ for 15min generated orange complex, with the maximum absorption peak at 510nm, stable up to 24h. The molar extinction coefficient was 5.40 × 10 ~ 4L / M · cm. Beer ’s law was obeyed at 0.1 ~ 10μg. The recovery rate of different nitrite nitrogen was 83.7 ~ 106.7%.
