本文研究了聚乙烯吡咯啉酮(PVP)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)两种试剂对微波辐射制备均分散α-Fe2O3纳米粒子的影响。实验表明微波辐射和加入PVP或DMF都可以加快相转变的速度;还可以使粒子明显变小。在一定浓度范围内,粒子的长轴D与添加剂的量成反比。通过调整添加剂的用量可以达到控制粒子形状和大小的目的。
The effects of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) and N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) on the synthesis of α-Fe2O3 nanoparticles by microwave irradiation were studied. Experiments show that microwave irradiation and the addition of PVP or DMF can accelerate the phase transition speed; can also make the particles significantly smaller. Within a certain concentration range, the major axis D of the particles is inversely proportional to the amount of additive. By adjusting the amount of additives can achieve the purpose of controlling the shape and size of the particles.
