从地椒(Thymus mongolicus Ronninger)挥发油中分离出了两种化合物,由气相色谱、红外吸收光谱及其衍生物证实它们分别是香荆芥酚(X)和对-聚繖花素(Ⅳ)。同时用气相色谱法对挥发油中的主要成分进行了定性和定量分析,结果是:挥发油中含α-蒎烯(Ⅰ)1.23%;β-蒎烯(Ⅱ)0.90%;1,8-桉叶素(Ⅲ)4.06%;对-聚繖花素(Ⅳ)22.18%;芳樟醇(Ⅴ)1.62%;乙酸龙脑酯(Ⅵ)6.05%;龙脑(Ⅶ)2.75%;柠檬酸(Ⅷ)2.46%;百里香酚(Ⅸ)2.1.%;香荆芥酚(Ⅹ)42.98%。[附注]:本文完稿后,又进行了如下工作:(1)用气相色谱法确定未知上(见表 1)为莰烯(camphene)。(2)用红外光谱法进一步证实对-聚繖花素的氧化产物之一为对-苯二甲酸。特此补充。
Two compounds were isolated from the essential oil of Thymus mongolicus Ronninger and identified by gas chromatography, infrared absorption spectroscopy and their derivatives as citronella (X) and p-cymene (IV). At the same time qualitative and quantitative analysis of the main components of volatile oil by gas chromatography, the result is: volatile oil containing 1.23% of α-pinene (I); β-pinene (II) 0.90%; 1,8- 4.06% of p-(III); 22.18% of p-cymene (IV); 1.62% of linalool (V); 6.05% of Borexyl acetate (VI); 2.75% of borneol (VII); citric acid (VIII) )2.46%; Thymol (IX) 2.1%; Coriander Phenol (X) 42.98%. [Note]: After the completion of this paper, the following work was carried out: (1) Determination of the unknown camphene (see Table 1) by gas chromatography. (2) Infrared spectroscopy was used to further confirm that one of para-polycyanidin oxidation products was para-phthalic acid. Hereby added.
