在长达数月的专项治理过程中，上海市各级政府雷厉风行，按照国务院通知的要求，扎实开展各项整治活动。全市各区县政府纷纷召开专题会议，就开展公众聚集场所消防安全专项治理工作提出了具体要求。这不仅体现了区县政府对此项工作的高度重视，而且对推动全市公众聚集场所消防安全专项治理工作具有现实的指导作用。在此，本刊辑录长宁区区长薛潮和黄浦区副区长冯经明的部分讲话内容，以示各级政府贯彻国务院通知精神，抓好专项整治的坚强决心。
