目的:研究低蛋白低胆碱饮食加负重力竭游泳对大鼠胃肠功能方面的影响。方法:将40只大鼠随机分为空白对照组和低蛋白低胆碱组,每组20只。空白对照组大鼠给予纯化饲料喂养;低蛋白低胆碱组大鼠给予低蛋白低胆碱的饲料喂养,同时负重力竭游泳,连续喂养60天。检测大鼠尿D-木糖的排泄率、胃排空率、小肠推进率、血清胃泌素及血清淀粉酶含量。结果:与空白对照组相对比,低蛋白低胆碱饮食大鼠尿D-木糖的排泄率显著降低(P<0.01),小肠推进率、血清胃泌素也出现降低(P<0.05)。结论:低蛋白低胆碱饮食加负重力竭游泳会导致大鼠胃肠功能的减退。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of hypocholesterolemic diet combined with negative exhaustive swimming on gastrointestinal function in rats. Methods: Forty rats were randomly divided into blank control group and low protein choline group, 20 rats in each group. Rats in the blank control group were fed with purified diet. The rats in the low-protein and low-choline group were fed with low-protein and low-choline feed, and were exhausted and exhausted for swimming for 60 days. D-xylose excretion rate, gastric emptying rate, small intestine propulsion rate, serum gastrin and serum amylase content in urine of rats were detected. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the urinary excretion of D-xylose in rats with low protein and low choline diet decreased significantly (P <0.01) and the rate of small intestine and serum gastrin also decreased (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Low-protein, low-choline diet combined with negative exhaustive swimming can cause the decline of gastrointestinal function in rats.
