目的了解山西省直属医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量,改进医院消毒措施。方法采用现场抽样和细菌定量检验的方法,对医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量进行监测与分析。结果于2013-2015年分别对27所、23所和24所不同规模医院监测,消毒质量合格率依次为93.77%、91.28%和94.52%。监测对象中,医护人员手和内镜消毒效果合格率分别为83.14%和86.336%;医院物体表面卫生质量合格率为95.55%,无菌物品合格率为92.22%,透析液合格率为89.62%,压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率为100%。结论山西省各级各类医疗机构消毒质量现状发展不平衡,存在的问题较多,建议进一步完善监督监测制度。 Objective To understand the disinfection and sterilization quality of medical institutions directly under Shanxi Province and to improve disinfection measures in hospitals. Methods The methods of on-site sampling and bacterial quantitative testing were used to monitor and analyze the disinfection and sterilization quality of medical institutions. Results From 2013 to 2015, 27, 23 and 24 hospitals of different scales were monitored respectively. The passing rates of disinfection quality were 93.77%, 91.28% and 94.52% respectively. The qualified rate of hand and endoscope disinfection of medical staff was 83.14% and 86.336% respectively in the monitoring objects; the qualified rate of the surface hygiene quality of the hospital was 95.55%, the pass rate of the sterile goods was 92.22%, the passing rate of dialysate was 89.62% Pressure steam sterilizer pass rate of 100%. Conclusion The status quo of disinfection quality in all kinds of medical institutions at all levels in Shanxi Province is not balanced and there are many problems. It is suggested to further improve the supervision and monitoring system.
