文献[1]中已报导了三羟甲基胺基甲烷(缓血酸胺,THAM)的质子解离常数。我们用~1H和~(13)C NMR方法研究了这一试剂的质子解离过程。 THAM为上海新华化工厂分装品。 ~1H NMR测量是将样品溶于约2ml D_2O中(~0.05M),加0.5%(重量比)DSS为内标,用DCl或NaOD调节到所需pH后记录NMR谱。~(13)C NMR谱的测量是将75mg样品溶于2ml3:1H_2O和D_2O混合液中,加0.1ml二氧六环为内标,调节到所需pH后记谱。pH测量使用PHS-3型数字显示酸度计。所有~1H和~(13)C谱均用φ5mm样品管在JOEL FX-100型FT谱仪上记录。
Proton dissociation constants of trimethylamido methane (trometamol, THAM) have been reported in [1]. We used ~ 1H and ~ (13) C NMR methods to study the proton dissociation of this reagent. THAM Shanghai Xinhua chemical plant sub-packaging products. ~ 1H NMR measurement was recorded by dissolving the sample in ~ 2 ml D_2O (~0.05 M), adding 0.5% DSS as an internal standard and adjusting to the desired pH with DCI or NaOD. The ~ (13) C NMR spectrum was measured by dissolving 75 mg of the sample in 2 ml of a 3: 1 mixture of H 2 O and D 2 O, adding 0.1 ml of dioxane as an internal standard and adjusting to the desired pH. pH measurement using PHS-3 digital display pH meter. All ~ 1H and ~ (13) C spectra were recorded on a JOEL FX-100 FT spectrometer using a φ5 mm sample tube.
